Team building 2026: The team is meeting back together!
At Shaka Group, our employees are based all across France and work remotely on a daily basis. In this context, organizing a company team-building event is essential for strengthening relationships, encouraging collaboration, and nurturing our corporate culture beyond virtual interactions.
On June 18 and 19, the entire team came together in Burgundy for a team-building seminar focused on sharing, connection, and discovery.
A first day of team building in the heart of Burgundy’s vineyards
Following a morning dedicated to company updates and future outlooks, the team headed to the famous Route des Grands Crus for an electric bike tour.
This activity fully reflected our CSR commitment. In addition to allowing us to discover the region’s iconic landscapes, it gave everyone the opportunity to experience a more environmentally friendly mode of transportation. Accessible to all, electric biking was appreciated for both its comfort and its conviviality.
The experience continued with the discovery of Burgundy’s rich local heritage, before gathering for dinner in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
Connecting, getting to know each other and taking on challenges together
The second day focused on people, a core value at Shaka-Group.
Through collaborative workshops and team activities designed to help participants get to know each other better, everyone had the opportunity to share a part of their story, their interests, and their personal experiences. These simple yet meaningful moments helped strengthen bonds between colleagues who are often accustomed to interacting only through a screen.
The afternoon continued with the Rush Action Game, an immersive activity combining problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Participants tackled a variety of group challenges in a dynamic and upbeat atmosphere, once again demonstrating the importance of collaboration and mutual support.

Beyond the activities themselves, this team-building event was above all an opportunity to reconnect, engage in a different way, and spend quality time together. These two days served as a reminder that, even in a remote working environment, human connections remain at the heart of our collective success.
